The room overlooked the marina. It had three windows. the bed was comfortable. I slept very well.

the location was great the room faced the water i could see boats coming and going from my balcony the bed was comfortable i slept well. i found the staff helpful especially when i needed directions. the breakfast buffet had a good selection i tried some pastries they tasted fresh.
i was a little disappointed there was no turndown service i expected it. the lighting in the room was not great it was hard to read at night. i noticed the usb ports above the desk did not work i wanted to charge my phone.

i found the staff very cute as i arrived. the beautiful facilities were a great support. i also enjoyed the central location being close to everything.
the loud music played all evening was audible in my room. the constant sound of chairs being scrapped from above was annoying. the noise pollution was unacceptable for a hotel.

the staff offered an really good service. the rooms looked spacious with clean, beautiful decoration. the showers are spacious with amenities that were of a good standard. spa access provided a wonderful addition to my stay, especially after a long journey!
the food arrived very quickly at the harbar restaurant. i thought it was too quickly.

the hotel provides attentive reception staff, i noticed they were helpful and polite. requests are managed efficiently by all members of staff. attention to detail is apparent. everyone helps to provide a smooth experience.

the spa offers a range of treatments including massage and facials, i noticed. there is a gym including cardio equipment and free weights. the availability of sunloungers allows guests to relax outdoors in a decked area!
